Returns and Exchange
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It will go through our quality check to find out the same.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the retailer, without following these steps.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or call on +91 9899237002.
“We respect your change in mind Cancellation Policy”
In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If we receive your cancellation request before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount to you within 7 working days of receiving your request.
To return your product, you should mail return details on email@example.com after which our sales team will create a reverse pick up for the order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
